Producing in the UK
Operating from a commercial kitchen (not domestic)
Member of the Specialist Cheese Association*
Classed as an SME (less than 50 employees and less than £50million turnover)
Cost
The annual cost of the audit package is £928** (ex VAT)
Join Us Already registered?*In order to be audited against SALSA plus Cheese, your business must be a member of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association.
**Auditor travel expenses are not included and should be agreed directly with your auditor in advance.

Extra charges apply for various Member account services, including the Travel Expense Contribution which applies to UK Highlands and Islands and may also apply to other locations. SALSA Operations will advise if a Travel Expense Contribution is required for your business.
Audit scheduling window restrictions apply to audits on UK islands (please contact SALSA Operations for details of audit window timings). Standard Travel Expense Contribution applies for audits within audit windows on UK islands. Further travel expenses may be required for audits outside of audit scheduling windows. Please contact SALSA Operations for details of charges for other account services.
