SALSA Hits the Road!
What a whirlwind week it was! The SALSA team had an amazing time at IFE 2025 and BeerX 2025 meeting passionate food and drink producers, exciting start-ups, buyers on the hunt for quality suppliers, and our hard-working SALSA members.
From the bustling halls of IFE, packed with the latest food and drink innovations, to the lively energy of BeerX, where the UK’s best brewers showcased their craft, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of catching up, sharing insights, and discussing all things food safety. It was inspiring to hear from so many businesses taking their first steps toward SALSA approval, as well as long-standing members who shared how certification has helped them grow.
