SALSA Gets the Scoop

SALSA was delighted to attend the Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show last week at Birmingham NEC as guests of the Ice Cream Alliance (ICA). We were hosted on the ICA stand, where we enjoyed working alongside their fantastic team and engaging with passionate ice cream and gelato producers from across the industry.

The event provided a great opportunity to learn more about the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry, from sourcing high-quality ingredients to meeting industry regulations. Seeing so many producers dedicated to high quality and safety standards was inspiring.
