Scotland Food & Drink SALSA Go - Applications Now Open

Scotland Food & Drink's SALSA Go programme is back, offering mentoring support to Scottish businesses to achieve SALSA Certification.

Having a third-party certification, such as SALSA, increases your business's credibility and demonstrates your dedication to maintaining high food production standards. Certification is also often required for listings by many retailers and wholesalers.

Scotland Food & Drink's enhanced SALSA Go programme will offer practical one-to-one technical support, working with your business to guide you in implementing the SALSA standard in preparation for certification and for the first time, the programme now also includes a SALSA Audit, which must be taken within one year of signing up.
