We are excited to announce our partnership with ‘The Covered Market’, a dedicated, cost effective, raw ingredients area for small, artisan businesses offering high quality products across six specialist categories.

‘The Covered Market’ will take place at The Foodservice Show, 22-23 January at NEC Birmingham providing you, a certified SALSA member, an exclusive opportunity to put your produce in front of the UK’s best chefs, F&B buyers and distributors.
The Covered Market will comprise of 30 market stalls, each 2.5 metres by 2 metres. Every stall includes either a refrigerated display or a stand up display, lighting and power.
Producers simply need to provide stock, have a story to tell and any marketing literature you may want to provide.
