At 'Summer Harvest' we pride ourselves on producing our multi award winning Scottish 'Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil'. Our 'Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil' is from seed, grown on our family farm in Madderty, Perthshire, Central Scotland where the family have farmed for over 100 years and where we have grown oilseed rape for close to 30 years. Oilseed rape responds extremely well to the Scottish climate due to long hours of daylight over the summer months. This is a vital time in the growing process as it is the time when the oil is maturing in the seeds. Our seed is simply cold pressed (just a single press), filtered then bottled, retaining all the natural goodness from the seed. No heat or chemicals are used in the extraction process leaving us with the highest quality of taste, colour and healthy goodness. Our range of products include our oil, infused oils, dressings and mayonnaise.
