Under Jamaican management and with over 30 staff, the company achieved sales in excess of £2 million in 2011. From its hub in North-West London, Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Saltfish, Vegetarian and Jerk Chicken Patties are produced from secret Jamaican recipes of such quality that they were test-marketed in Jamaica with results that exceeded even the most optimistic expectations. The unique blend of herbs and spices, many of which are imported from Jamaica, are combined with the highest quality ingredients and quality control to produce Patties that literally set alight all taste sensations.
