Description
Capreolus is a family owned artisan producer of charcuterie in West Dorset. The meat that we use is all locally reared and has been produced to the highest standards of animal welfare. Our lowest acceptable standard is free-range. The methods that we use to produce our charcuterie follows age-old techniques but we employ state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest levels of taste, flavour, and texture from batch to batch
