Brick Pizza - Norwich December 2015 - opened the restaurant at 39 Market Place, NR2 1ND. January 2017 - added a static mobile unit to Redwell Brewing, 7 The Arches, NR1 2EE. February 2019 - added a dedicated dough making/food prep/takeaway unit at Sweetbriar Industrial Estate, NR3 2BY. From our Sweetbriar unit we produce and sell frozen pizza dough for local restaurants and mobile caterers. Our intention for Sweetbriar is to produce frozen pizzas for the retail market.
