Handmade for you Our cakes are made by our team of bakers in our Kent kitchen. We use the best ingredients, including free range eggs, 72% Belgian chocolate, and Madagascan vanilla pods. Each bake is perfectly finished, while also having that welcoming homemade look. Perfect for colourful counters. Cakes for everyone Our range includes treats for all tastes and dietary needs. From delicious traybakes and gooey brownies to impressive double round cakes. Plus we bake extensive vegan and very low gluten showstoppers too. Less waste, more profit Running a cafe can be unpredictable. We hate to see unsold slices being wasted, while the missed opportunity of an empty cake stand is a real bugbear in our cafe. Once baked, we slice and blast-freeze our cakes for ultimate freshness, flavour and form. Simply defrost as much as you need, (this only takes an hour) and keep your stocks topped up in the freezer.
